Free Standard Shipping for orders over $119 AUD
Free Express Shipping for orders over $199 AUD
For orders under $119 AUD: Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 AUD & Express Shipping is $19.99 AUD
We do our best to get your order posted on the same day you order it. If you place an order before 12:00pm (AWST) your order will be sent that day. If you order after 12:00pm (AWST) your order may be sent the following day.* Contact us if your order is particularly urgent and we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible (express rates may apply).

Free DHL Express Shipping on all New Zealand orders over $199 AUD
For orders under $199 AUD: DHL Express Shipping Flat Rate of $39 AUD
Remote Area Delivery - please note a surcharge of $35 AUD will be incurred
International - Rest of the world
DHL Express Shipping Flat Rate of $65 AUD
Parcels can be delayed at customs from time to time, unfortunately, this is out of our control and we can not do anything to move the parcel through faster. International orders may also be subject to a customs fee. Fees are determined by your location and invoice amount. There are many different regulations and sometimes complex duty rates applicable to imported cargo, we recommend looking into the laws and customs fees for your country before placing your order.

Shipping for furniture & equipment will incur additional charges. These charges will be added to your invoice after purchasing. If you require a shipping quote prior to purchasing please contact us directly.
Quoted delivery is a door-to-door service only. Couriers are unable to take products into your rooms or up stairs and small lifts. Drivers will also not unpack and take rubbish away.
